Purification and Detoxification 21-Day Plan

2-3 SP Shakes per day
**1-1/12 cups fresh fruit
8 oz of quality water
2 rounded scoops of SP Complete powder
*add 1 scoop of Greens First starting on day 8*
*optional* 1 scoop Dream Protein & 1 squirt of lime juice

Vegetables and Fruit only: 2/3 Vegetables, 1/3 Fruit and 50% raw
No salad dressings–olive oil or flaxseed oil and vinegar only
Water or green tea are the only beverages allowed

Salads can have unlimited fresh vegetables.  NO nuts, seeds, beans or any of the foods listed on the “avoid” list.

Lightly steamed vegetables along with the salad are recommended for dinner.  Steam most vegetables for 3-4 minutes.
•    kale
•    broccoli
•    Swiss chard and other greens
•    Brussel sprouts
•    asparagus
•    cabbage and onions
•    red beets (steam for 20-25 minutes) use the greens in your salad after washing thoroughly.

Supplements: Drink 2-3 SP shakes daily for the duration of the detox
Days 1-7:
•    7 SP Cleanse capsules 3 times per day with shake or water
•    3 Gastrofiber capsules 3 times per day with shake or water
•    2 Tuna oil capsules 2 times per day
•    1 Gymnema tablet 2 times per day

Days 8-21: replace SP Cleanse capsules with Greens First powder added to the shake 2 times per day–all other supplements remain the same.

Foods to avoid:

Margarine        Hydrogenated oils (Crisco)                Vegetable oil

Foods with specific serving sizes:

Beets/Squash/Carrots/Split peas/ Lentils–1/2cup per day
Sweet potatoes–1 per day
Avocado–1/2 per day

Acceptable additions for days 11-21

Deep ocean fish–salmon, sea bass, cod, halibut
•    3-5 oz once or twice per day
•    baked or broiled only

Lean meats–chicken, turkey, etc.
•    3 oz every other day
•    organic
•    baked, broiled or roasted only
